iTribe was created by experienced open-source engineers and passionate community builders who identified the need to remove technical and financial barriers for any organisation large or small to have an efficient and secure open-source platform to engage and manage their communities.

iTribe creates a unique proposition that combines the strengths of a fully fledged SAAS and open-source, based on the proven community platform HumHub.

Core team
With an eclectic mix of complementary skills, diverse experience and contrasting backgrounds, the founding duo is united by the mission to help bring a sense of community to as many people as possible.
Marc Farre has been one of the key HumHub contributors for many years. He also develops free and premium modules for HumHub that extend its functionality.
Stas Spector has led product design and user experience projects and teams in big names like LSEG and Wells Fargo. His other big passion is community building.
