By accessing and using iTribe community platform (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

  • “iTribe” refers to the company providing the Platform
  • “User” refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Platform
  • “Content” includes but is not limited to text, images, videos, comments, and any other materials shared on the Platform
  • “Services” means all features and functionalities provided through iTribe

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

  • Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their iTribe account credentials
  • Users must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of their account

3.2 Account Termination

iTribe reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in harmful or abusive behavior
  • Remain inactive for an extended period
  • Are determined to be spam or fraudulent

 

4. User Content

4.1 Content Ownership

  • Users retain ownership of their original content
  • By posting content, users grant iTribe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute the content on the Platform

4.2 Prohibited Content

Users may not post content that:

  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains hate speech or discriminatory content
  • Promotes illegal activities
  • Contains malware or malicious code
  • Constitutes spam or unauthorized advertising

 

5. Platform Rules and Community Guidelines

Users agree to:

  • Treat other iTribe users with respect
  • Not harass, threaten, or intimidate others
  • Not impersonate other users or entities
  • Not attempt to circumvent iTribe’s security measures
  • Follow all posted community guidelines

 

6. Privacy and Data Protection

6.1 Data Collection

iTribe collects and processes user data as described in our Privacy Policy, including:

  • Account information
  • Usage data
  • Communications data
  • Technical data

6.2 Data Security

iTribe implements reasonable security measures to protect user data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

 

7. Service Modifications

iTribe reserves the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue any part of the Service
  • Change fees or payment terms with notice
  • Update these Terms as needed 
  • In case of DDOS attack on your (sub)domain, iTribe reserves the right to temporarily deactivate the website until this process has been completed.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

The iTribe Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8.2 Damages

iTribe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

 

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Platform Content

All Platform content, features, and functionality are owned by iTribe and protected by international copyright laws.

9.2 Trademarks

All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are iTribe’s proprietary property.

 

10. Termination

10.1 User Termination

Users may terminate their iTribe account at any time by following the Platform’s account deletion process.

10.2 Effects of Termination

Upon termination:

  • User access will be revoked
  • Some content may remain visible
  • Terms that by their nature should survive will remain in effect

 

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
